Smoking addiction is the most rampant and hazardous type of addiction today. In fact, there is no denying that smoking kills. The World Health Organization (WHO) revealed that there is one dying for every eight seconds because of smoking. Also, one in ten adults globally die or four million deaths as a result of smoking-related diseases. Further, the fast increasing death rate of smoking is because of the 10 million cigarettes that have been sold every minute. Being a smoker would possibly result to have various disorders in mental, physical and physiological. So before is too late, people are now trying their best to get out from the trap of smoking addiction. However, to quit smoking is not as easy like buying a piece of cigarette especially if that person is a cigarette dependent.
